If registered with our site we may store a record of your purchases including kCDesigns, classes, and subscriptions. You have the option to link your account with Ravelry for verification of pattern purchases made on that site. You may visit our site anonymously and can purchase kCDesigns without linking to Ravelry.

How long do we keep your information?
We will keep your information and account as required to fulfill orders you make with us. This includes the ability for you to access digital purchases that do not expire. You have the right to request deletion of your information. Should you assert this right you agree that you understand and accept that all access to all your digital purchases and deliveries will be deleted and can not be restored at any point after your request to be forgotten is confirmed. We will remove your account, all purchases, and all reference to your personal information completely from our system within 7 business days of your confirmation.

- Ravelry – If you chose to purchase a kCDesign that includes the PDF, the PDF portion of your purchase is executed via the pattern designer’s store located on Ravelry. This may include providing your email to Ravelry so they can fulfill delivery of your pattern receipt and under some circumstances place your purchased pattern in your Ravlery Library.
- PayPal – If you make a purchase from our shop we will use PayPal as our payment processor.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their account and going to the ‘Member Profile’ page.
