Named Colors are project specific. You can name a color and give it a description.

Each project has its own Named Colors. These project-level Named Colors are included in your project just like all your other settings, notes, progress, etc.

Create Named Colors

There are two ways to create Named Colors:

Accordion: From the Color Picker

Accordion: From Edit > Named Colors

Edit a Named Color

1. Tap Edit.
   
2. Tap Named Colors on the right. Show Me
3. Tap  next to the color you want to edit. Show Me
4. Make your modifications. Show Me
5. Tap Save.
   Changes to Named Colors will be reflected across your project.
   For example, if you change the k2tog color from red to purple, all the places that k2tog is used within the project will show the new purple color.

 Delete a Named Color

Caution: Delete is permanent.

1. Tap Edit.
   
2. Tap Named Colors on the right. Show Me
3. Tap  next to the color you want to edit. Show Me
4. Tap Delete.
   Once a Named Color is deleted, the name and description are no longer associated with the color. However, the color is still in place within your project.
